Ranks? Roles? What's the difference?!

On discord, we primarily use Roles. Roles allow users unlock new abilities and gain access to otherwise locked channels. Certain roles are rather difficult to obtain due to the responsibly associated with them.

Staff Roles

These roles are restricted for mcGalaxy community staff members only.

Owner

Blueseph.

Administrator

A role responsible for maintenance and active work in server development.

Manager

A management position focused on planning, and keeping track of important information.

Moderator+

A role dealing with inter-staff issues as well as issues within the community.

Moderator

A grief management role with responsibility in handling more severe punishments.

Helper

A key role in grief or chat abuse moderation. This rank follows Ambassador.

Ambassador

A trial staff position focused on helping the player base navigate Galaxy.

Community Roles

These are special roles awarded to active participants in our community who serve a unique purpose.

Partner

A content creator who focuses heavily on mcGalaxy related content.

Retired Staff

An old staff member who has peacefully stepped away from their position on the team.

Developer

A coder who puts their talents to good use for our server & community!

Donator Roles

God

The God rank represents a player's fullest potential! They have conquered the server & made it their very own! They are the backbone of our community, and as such are rewarded with powerful tools, abilities, & more!

Guardian

The Guardian rank, having access to flight, is seen as one of the most remarkable ranks around! With unwavering dedication, they actively contribute to the community in a positive way.

Peacekeeper

The Peacekeeper rank is for those who wish to advance indefinitely in our community. They are often times found active on our server and discord, showing off their incredible support!

Evolved

The Evolved rank is the next step up, offering a plethora of awesome perks, unlocks, & more!

Eternal

The Eternal rank is worth more then just abilities and perks. It represents a generous, supportive member who intends to stick around in our community for quite some time!

VIP

The VIP rank is the first in our line of permanent ranks, offering a variety of wonderful perks & unlocks!
